Delali Kpodzo, is the head of marketing at Thrive Causemetics, a beauty brand and philosophy that places special emphasis on giving through its “Beauty with a Purpose” program. At Thrive, Kpodzo is responsible for driving business growth and innovation while spreading the message of clean, luxury-quality, inclusive beauty. Prior to this role, Delali was the co-founder and creative director of We Are Onyx, a one-stop online beauty destination dedicated to black women. There, Delali drove company growth from startup to $2.5 million in sales.

Originally from Accra, Ghana, Delali spent her formative years in Germany, England, and Canada before moving to Los Angeles. Her professional life began in the entertainment industry, managing talent, finance, and international film and media partnerships. Delali earned her MBA in International Business and Marketing from the University of LaVerne, and my BA in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College.
