Vice President, Marketing and E-Commerce, Sea Bags

Laura Hnatow is the director of e-commerce for Sea Bags, a Portland, Maine-based manufacturer and retailer of handcrafted tote bags and accessories from recycled sails. Prior to her newest adventure at Sea Bags, Laura was the e-commerce channel manager for cross-channel merchant Cuddledown, and also spent over 10 years at L.L.Bean in roles that included international marketing, advertising, Portland studio and ending her tenure in e-commerce. Laura also dipped her toe in the agency business as the managing director of Imago Creative, where she directed the research and writing of “BOOM, Marketing to the Ultimate Power Consumer – The Baby Boomer Woman.” Laura holds a BBA in international business from Hofstra University and a MBA in marketing from the University of Southern Maine, where she was also an adjunct marketing professor.
