Winnie Park

Winnie Park is a seasoned business executive and inspirational leader who brings deep international omnichannel brand experience and an impressive track record growing and enhancing business and operations within the retail and fashion industry. Winnie has an expertise in the areas of merchandising, branding, marketing, digital, wholesale, retail, and e-commerce that will greatly benefit the Forever 21 brand and complement our existing talented leaders and team members.

Most recently, Winnie served as the CEO of Paper Source, where she transformed the brand from being a brick-and-mortar retailer to an omnichannel lifestyle brand with a robust digital platform spanning social, digital content, online subscriptions, and affiliate partnerships. Winnie also led the successful sale of the brand to an affiliate of Barnes and Noble.

Prior to joining Paper Source, Winnie held the titles of executive vice president of e-commerce and global marketing, and GMM of fashion merchandising at the Hong Kong-based international luxury retail leader, DFS, a division of LVMH. At DFS, Winnie launched the company’s first global e-commerce site for fashion, beauty, watch/jewelry, and spirits serving customers across China, Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and the US. Prior to this role, Winnie led women’s merchandising for Dockers at Levi Strauss and Company and worked at McKinsey San Francisco in fashion retail and consumer digital.

Winnie currently sits on the board for Women in Retail Leadership and is a member of YPO and Economic Club in Chicago. She is also on the board of advisors for Investcorp and is a member of the board of directors at Dollar Tree. Winnie also served as an independent board director for Express, bringing a wealth of experience from a variety of unique perspectives and well-known brands.

A graduate of Princeton University, Winnie completed her bachelor’s degree from the School of Public and International Affairs with a minor in East Asian Studies. After spending three years building Princeton Project 55 with Ralph Nader, Winnie completed her MBA in corporate finance and marketing at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

With Winnie’s extensive background and understanding of our customer, operations, products, people, and purpose she will help drive Forever 21 to the next level as a leading brand in our SPARC portfolio.

Winnie has a 16-year-old daughter, who is also a big fan of Forever 21. Winnie and Anabelle have been longtime Forever 21 shoppers and even attended the grand opening of the flagship store in Hong Kong. Together they enjoy travel and have journeyed to over 15 countries together. They also enjoy live music and have seen over 25 shows. Their favorite past time is trying new recipes and restaurants. Winnie was born in Korea and immigrated to the US with her parents when she was two years old.
